the emotions come as the slow motion of an expressed balloon popping.
watch them.
it's like a dulled action.
still. almost like they haven't heard what you've said.
slow motion. a gradual building.
then explosion. loud, with parental authority. damaging in your hands.
but soon dissipated and left shellless. shattered.
the eldest lions often die in fierce battle with the younger generations.
their tired bodies weary from a lifetime of the savannah.
